Pastor Walter Hoye, a bold warrior of the faith, was moved by the Spirit of God to stand against the senseless murder of the unborn children in Oakland, California. The world stood against his righteous stand, putting him to trial for breaking the notorious Bubble Law (a law requiring protesters to be 8 feet from women entering abortion facilities). Sadly false witnesses rose up against him and though clear evidence showed the accusers confronted him (and not the reverse), the corrupt judge, ...

http://washingtontimes.com/news/2009/feb/13/school-gun-case-sparks-cries-for-common-sense/

Basically what is happening in this news story is that a patriotic, academically successful young lady is being disciplined for having ARTIFICIAL, UNREALISTIC drill rifles in her vehicle while at school. She is a member of the Young Marines >link< and an honors student. Ironically, the students who turned her in were returning from participating in smoking, which is illegal on the school campus, ...

Spanking in California

I know that it seems like California is continually the battle ground for such things, and that no doubt this will be seen as another reason to leave the state, but certain representatives in the California congress are trying to ban parents from spanking their children. Last year it was attempted and failed due to tremendous opposition. This year the same lady is trying again. Please pray for California that this tyrannical bill will be defeated again.

Did you know that the 16th Ammendment was never properly ratified and has no force of law whatsoever?

Thats right folks, you are under no obligation at all either moral or legal to pay Federal Income Tax.

You do so purely of your own volition.

The income tax we pay because of the 16th Amendment is an illegal and unconstitutional unapportioned tax, and is instrumental in robbing millions of Americans of trillions of dollars.

Hmmmmm makes you wonder about other things we take ...

Proposition 4 and 8: California

Please pray that these will both pass. Both have been leading in the polls and we really can't afford to lose either. Proposition 4 would make it a law that all underage women have to notify their parents before being allowed to have an abortion. A wicked law was once passed that allowed these young women to abort babies without any notification. Proposition 8 is proposing an amendment to the Constitution that declares that marriage is is between a man and women. The Supreme Court of California ...

The state of California, in a secret court case, has just made homeschooling illegal in CA. More info here. There is a petition you can sign on the Home School Legal Defense Association website by following this link. Please be in prayer for the Californian homeschooling families, and do what you can to speak up against this illegal, unconstitutional and tyrannical act.
