Election continues... Empty Election continues...

The runoff elections continue to rage. In our neck of the woods an epic between good evil occurred. Tom McClintock sought to take control of a California district, but the democrats united together behind our very own Charlie Brown. Surely little Charlie and Snoopy would have known better than to side with the wicked. Perhaps this is just a crummy democrat in disguise or perhaps the name was just a ploy to get more votes. If so, it almost worked. After nearly a month of counts, McClintock was deemed the winner and Charlie Brown went home to his peanut crew.

Louisiana had its own battles in the 4th and 2nd districts. In the 2nd, a little unknown Republican Vietnamese man (Joseph Cao) made history beating a 9-year termed democrat (William Jefferson) in a 11% Republican district. How did that happen especially in an all black community that only wanted to get one of their own back in office? Jefferson was found guilty of money laundering and accepting multiple kinds of bribes and was found with $90,000 in his freezer. Let's hope that Cao will serve us well.

Not to be one-sided, Senator Stevens of Alaska wound with multiple felonies concerning like-things and was removed from office.

We now wait upon the senate election in Minnesota to see if it will be evil and vote for Al Franken or stupid to re-elect Norm Coleman who proudly supported the bailout.

Illinois is now deprived of it's evil senator Obama and Delaware is deprived of her Biden. New York threw up its Clinton, and sadly Illinois was quite ill and gave up its Rahm Emanuel. The dream team (one bad dream I might say) will spend the next 4 years torturing our corrupt union and I pray that the righteous will stand up and overthrow the tyrants of the land. May the Lord's will be done.
