Well, I didn't. And I'm proud of it. I would never celebrate the defeat of our rightful government by a bunch of revolutionists. I proudly flew the flag of Scotland from my house on 4 July—and have for the past three years. I even waved it in the air and shouted "Long live King George!" last year, but I had other things to do this time 'round. And if you're celebrating "independence" I would merely ask, what independence?

Long live the insane king who infringed on our rights and left a parliament of nuts to take advantage of us, use us, and abuse us? God forbid! Was not God with Washington as he was led in battle after battle and won valiantly against all odds? The Colonists spent their lives being ruled by Britain in name only, but Britain all of a sudden felt obliged to tax them to death, give them no representation in the British system of government, and ruling cases against citizens as being guilty until proven innocent, in a land far removed from their peers. Who are you to support an evil despot and his minions? The British are they who took our Pastors and brutally killed them in battle and murdered them out of battle, the valiant black road regiment. It wasn't a revolution against a rightful government, but an uprising against wicked men who violated the higher law, the law of God, specifically Romans 13. So there. Being a man who lacks knowledge and requires more research, I will leave it at that.
